1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 57bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the website located at https://57bd.club and any associated mobile or web application operated under the 57bd brand. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

57bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated summary or marketing material, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of 57bd is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 57bd is an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years or older to open an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 57bd or any other gaming operator, that is currently in effect.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from 57bd for any reason.
• You are acting with funds that are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Participating in online gaming does not violate any law, regulation, or local ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

57bd employs age verification controls at the point of registration and during withdrawal processing. If there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age or identity, 57bd reserves the right to suspend the account and request documentary evidence — including a government-issued national identification card, passport, or birth certificate — before permitting any further activity or releasing any funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 57bd services — including depositing, withdrawing, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a verified account. Registration is free. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one active 57bd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed it.
• Contact details: Your registered mobile number and email address must remain current. 57bd uses these channels to communicate account notifications, verification codes, and withdrawal confirmations. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay account processing.
• Account transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 57bd account to any other individual under any circumstances.

57bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation such as a national ID card, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that do not complete EDD within the time frame specified in the request may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

57bd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all cashier activity on the Platform:

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfer channels via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also available subject to verification status.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are communicated in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and verification tier.
• Withdrawal processing time: Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. 57bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the initial deposit where technically possible. 57bd may request documentation to confirm ownership of the payment account.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. 57bd does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, if applicable at a third-party payment gateway level, is the responsibility of the player.
• Source of funds: By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and do not derive from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. 57bd reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

57bd offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the bonus offer page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One bonus per offer per account: Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry. 57bd does not extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.
• Abuse and collusion: Any player found to be abusing bonus structures — including through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will have bonuses removed and may have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Promotional changes: 57bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account will be honoured subject to its stated wagering terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 57bd are supplied by third-party game studios and are governed by those studios' own game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. The following platform-level rules apply in addition to any game-specific rules:

• RNG integrity: All slot, table, and instant game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology. 57bd has no ability to influence game outcomes on behalf of any player or in its own commercial interest.
• Betting limits: Each game and each sports betting market has a minimum and maximum stake. These limits are displayed before a wager is confirmed. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the applicable stake limits.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, game crashes, and network interruptions — the round in question will be treated as void and any staked funds will be returned to your account balance. 57bd's decision on the resolution of technical disputes is final.
• Prohibited conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited on 57bd: using automated betting software or bots; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes; engaging in any form of match-fixing; and any other conduct that 57bd determines to be contrary to fair play.
• Sports betting settlement: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the case of abandoned matches, voided events, or disputed results, 57bd will apply standard industry settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

57bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required time frame.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at 57bd staff or other platform users.
• Operation of an account by an individual who is under 18 years of age.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via account settings or support.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, after an initial 12-month grace period.

In cases of account closure following a breach of these Terms, 57bd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or abusive means, those funds will be forfeited in their entirety. Where a closure is for administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification is completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming purposes take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as selected by the player.

8 Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57bd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

57bd shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game or service offered on it.
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, or failure of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Losses incurred as a result of wagering activity, including but not limited to sports betting losses, slot losses, and live casino losses.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, game studios, or data service providers over whom 57bd has no direct control.
• Events outside 57bd's reasonable control, including force majeure events, government actions, natural disasters, power failures, or internet infrastructure disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 57bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. 57bd makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside its target market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to them locally.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 57bd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
